The Monterey Bay Environmental Service Learning Network was founded to support and expand place-based and community-based education throughout the watersheds of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Environmental Service Learning consists of:
  • Locally-applied place-based curriculum
  • Long term field studies
  • Restoration Projects
  • Personal reflection on all aspects of environmental service learning work
  • Commuity education
